I did get out today to view the trailer (couple of pics I took above) which was a really worthwhile thing to do. Shaun one of the local identities and volunteers associated with the trailer, who has been involved with various projects in the area for the last 12 years, was very generous with his time/sharing his knowledge and cleary passionate about his community. There were also representatives there from Housing SA maning the trailer, including the housing relocation manager of the Playford Alive Urban Renewel Project who I got a chance to talk to. Silvana Cusack the Community Devlopement Officer who I understand is usually there unfortunately was not present. The trailer which is such a simple and effective idea was being used by all these various stakehoulders to get information out into the community.
Kerlina I agree that we need to get together very soon to pool our info. I'm afraid that this Sunday I have a family committment, however I am free any night next week if this suits others.
